Cons
The company is designed to squeeze every ounce of muscle in your body, and pay you as little as possible for all your efforts. It'll only get worse as they try to achieve more and more business goals. Engineers are treated as, and will always be trash. Unfortunately that's what happens when you have an excess supply of third world resources at your disposal. The company is designed to succeed only if they can keep paying their engineers as little as possible, and extract talent from them as much as possible. When I was there, > 50% (my rough estimate) of all engineers had to pick up side jobs in order to survive the salaries.
