Everyone is dead inside. There is no company culture. Fratty sales floor vibe including infighting and distrust amongst team members. The people team is immature and not very competent (see culture). They have very clear favorites and struggle when it comes to being actual advocates for all employees. Very non-technical sales team attempting to sell a very technical product with minimal leadership and support.
