9yThank you for taking the time to write this review. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking to improve. I will have to try and read between the lines on this and figure out what we can take away to improve and help our people that are here now. As one half of the greedy brother-sister duo that thrives on corrupt office politics, I can assure you that any failures in leadership, strategy, execution, or culture come from the top and I'm happy to acknowledge that within our organization or publicly at any time. I'm sincerely sorry that you had a poor experience. I am glad that you learned a lot about recruiting and were able to glean insight into the type of organization that you don't want to work for. Even if it was a terrible experience, I hope that you can benefit from those things in the future so that it wasn't a complete loss. I hope that I am not a greedy person but if I am then I will hope that I can find a way to change. You are entitled to your beliefs and I will give you that but I am entitled to mine as well. The only one that I wish to express is that the people who work for our organization are leaders and not sheep. They innovate, create, and put others before themselves. They are leaders with integrity and if our organization thrives and turns out to be successful then it will start and end with our people. I wish that your experience could have been better and I wish that we could have had more transparency when you were here. We wish you the best of luck.
