Beautiful home, lovely residence, nice facilities and an amazing care team. Good service team. Aside from management, work was pleasant.

Sadly not all management and leaders in admin roles were supportive. Lack of accountability. High turnover rate at a short period of time.

Excellent care team. Always help each other and do their best.

We have been through a lot in the home and had a lot of things change. Things had got better and we had the most supportive manager ever. She changed so much in a short space of time. She has now gone and the atmosphere has changed and care standards have dropped quickly. Staff morale is low and everyone is talking about leaving. A month ago everyone was smiling and laughing. Now we all walk around with our heads down. The old manager who no-one liked, except her favourites she treats differently is back. She is rude, does not care and always picks fault. New management only care about paperwork. It is really sad. I am looking for a new job like many others. I feel sorry for our residents.
