I’m disappointed to hear that you have a negative opinion of our culture and leadership. The Executive Committee (EC) recently shared the strategic priorities for the company. We believe having common goals across the company is key to us being successful because it ensures cross-functional alignment and that we are each focused on the right work. We’re seeing increased collaboration and accountability across teams, so your feedback that there is no alignment across departments interests me.
