-Senior Managers/Directors have no vision or plan future. No wonder company is going private. It need serious management overhauling.
-Worst thing about this company is the culture. People are disrespectful and use derogatory language with sub-ordinates and juniors. Some of senior directors do this very often.
-Ironically company's values "diversity and inclusion" doesn't reflect in leader's actions, there is too much bias.
-Innovation and enthusiasm is killed very smoothly here. If your ideas are different from others , you will be outcasted and your ideas will be ignored.
- If you are women or person of color or LGBTQ then you won't flourish here. you might get by and survive.
