Business outlook
Pros
Management is people focused and very transparent. CEO is very accessible (virtual open door policy) and level headed. Company makes a point of buffering between external client demands and internal developer employees. Compensation is good, good work is recognized. Projects are interesting. Remote work!
Cons
Company processes are ambiguous at times, this has improved a lot recently though. Company growth has led to a tipping point where a lot of administrative tasks aren't scaling. (This is also being worked on.) Time tracking has a lot of overhead.
