Pros
Everyone on the lab were very welcoming, made the interview easy and basically just wants people who are dependable, efficient and accurate in their work! the interviewing process can be lengthy. you have a phone interview then a on site interview with the entire lab crew. to make sure you're a good fit! everyone will have your resume so make sure you remember/ know what you put on there and can explain in detail if needed. I would say the phone interview was the hardest. the lab manager wants to get an idea of what you know, in detail. on site was nice, everyone was very kind and welcoming. benefits for you are paid for (vision, dental, health) by the company with a $20 limit toward gym membership in the building.
Cons
the building in OKC is split in two. if you are a lab tech you will most likely have to make runs from building to building. in Oklahoma heat. traffic near the area is the worst! and its VERY easy to get lost in there. the doors look the same but lead to different hallways. just ask someone to show you where to go.
