Pros
Analyte truly recognizes each individual as a valuable asset to the organization no matter the position you hold. It is very rare to be within a company where no matter the level of an employee you are, the executive leadership knows you by name and recolonizes you for your achievements large or small. With that said vertical growth is very achievable within a short time due to the fact that the leadership is not afraid to promote based on your achievements rather than the length of time that you have been with the company. It proves that if you work hard and strive to do your best, you will be successful within the organization. The work culture itself is absolutely amazing. It is fun, energetic, and breeds positivity ans when you are providing a service where you are helping people through a very difficult time in their lives, you cannot go wrong with that!!!
Cons
The only con I can see is that the hiring process is by referral only. Opening up the net to possible individuals could bring in more individuals who can help drive growth.
