      Pros

      Great starting point for budding professionals. After the merger with ADI, L-Maxim people have more opportunities to expand network and learn new things.

      Cons

      Salary is low. If you land in a bad group, opportunities for promotion is shadowed by politics and "promotions not being in the budget". Workload is unreasonable. You'll do a multitude of things and if you miss even one you'll get punished for it. Work-life balance is really non-existent. You are expected to do more even if the tasks are beyond your job description.

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
