      - Flexible Hours. Decent workload - Great pool of talented folks to work with - Good amount of ownership and accountability - Very less replaceability

      - Constant Acquisitions, mergers have caused good amount of hiccups to a few product lines development timeline.

      Pros

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
