Pros
Great work/life balance. You get to work with great people who are very smart and you get to work with cutting edge technology. The new CEO seems aggressive and is fast tracking the advance of the company (although this has led to more layoffs with the acquisitions).
Cons
Lots of red tape with many many layers of middle management and inefficiencies as a result of the red tape. Lots of paper work that accompanies red tape. Salaries could be higher.
