Employees are treated well. The benefits are good. Work hours are flexible. Work environment is good. All people are pretty nice and like to help each other. It is a stable company
Cons
Employees are not paid so well as in the same industry. People usually cannot get much space to grow. Sometimes the pace is a bit slow, but should be typical in such a huge company.
