      Constant reorgs and changes in senior leadership create instability. Significant loss of talent as a result of these conditions Work/life balance is nonexistent G&A staffing levels inadequate across the board, never enough resources to support the business Annual RIFs

      Pros

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
