Pros
Leadership is very hands-on and genuinely cares about AnaVation and its employees. I feel valued for my skills, as well as who I am. The compensation and benefits are just one example of how well AnaVation takes care of us. Mental health, lifelong learning, and career growth are all other examples. There are remote work opportunities and opportunities for all skill levels, making it a great place to develop your career.
Cons
1 . Limited geographical locations (Most work is centered in DC or a couple other parts of VA with few opportunities to live elsewhere unless working remotely). 2. Work is mainly specialized on a select few areas (ex: Cybersecurity, Cloud, Big Data) which is great for excelling in those fields and building rapport with specific customers, but could be considered somewhat confining for employees wishing to explore other realms.
