Pros
Strong company culture, understanding of personal lives outside of work, management truly does care about employees, flexible hours, amazing benefits package, friendly coworkers, work hard/play hard mentality, clear long term vision from top management
Cons
Can be bureaucratic at times, underperformers are not always dealt with properly, effectiveness of local management runs along a broad spectrum, could be a challenging place for someone who is looking to climb clearly defined rungs of a career ladder.
