Pros

Health benefits are rather expensive, but at least they're decent Ability to work from home throughout the pandemic A handful of good coworkers make the negatives somewhat bearable

Cons

Each region and office has their own "culture"; if the person in charge of that is a frat-boy or entitled egomaniac, then that culture trickles down into all facets of the office "Management" is allowed to do and say whatever they please without repercussions If your work environment is toxic or hostile in any way, then don't expect that to change; cut-throat personalities are rewarded while hard-workers get gaslit by "management" and "team leaders" Work/life balance is a joke due to aforementioned poor leadership Your knowledge and skills will constantly be called into question if you don't have a supportive team leader - favoritism is rampant in certain offices

Pros

Cohesive Team collaboration, empowerment to accomplish tasks and projects. Accessible and engaged C-Suite. Relatively 'flat' organization with less concern about titles (though they are abundant) and more concern with simply working together to meet business needs. No micromanagement of workload or PTO. Benefit package is above average, reasonable 401k match, decent health insurance,

Cons

no particular cons of concern

Pros

Reputable company overall. Great people and team members.

Cons

Working on the HR team often leaves employees feeling invisible, undervalued, and frustrated by leadership that is disconnected from the team’s day-to-day work. Management frequently lacks an understanding of employee workloads and challenges, resulting in unrealistic expectations and poor decision-making. Training and onboarding are inadequate, with many employees expected to perform at a high level without the proper guidance or support. Rather than being set up for success, employees are often left to figure things out on their own and are then held accountable for mistakes that could have been avoided with better training.
