Relatively 'flat' organization with less concern about titles (though they are abundant) and more concern with simply working together to meet business needs. No micromanagement of workload or PTO. Working on the HR team often leaves employees feeling invisible, undervalued, and frustrated by leadership that is disconnected from the team’s day-to-day work.
