Pros
A few co-workers were friendly. Not many. The casual attire was also a plus.
Cons
Redondo Beach office is extremely awful. There is so much favoritism and back stabbing. Management is especially back stabby. If you can somehow emulate someone in management, you will be successful. They are driven by flattery and nepotism and not hard work. HR is not even there to advocate for the employees. They turn a blind eye to abuse and even gossip to management to devise a plan to push out any employee who challenges them. It's a matter of time before there is a harassment lawsuit or wrongful termination.
