      day shift work, recognition for a job well done.

      Cons

      conflict of interest between upper management, female management is insecure interacting with male employees. extremely difficult to work with and is the cause of a very high dissatisfaction and turn over rate.

      Male owner is nice and friendly and accommodating and helpful

      Cons

      The female owner/manager at this company is AWFUL. She is rude, and won't let anyone have ANY say or ask for any help at this company. She gets mad when people want to do more and be helpful. She is extremely insecure and has a very high turnover rate with her male employees DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
