Pros
The teammates and direct hiring managers that you work with really do truly care. There are free sodas and beer in the kitchen. Beyond that, there are no pros.
Cons
Once you get beyond your hiring manager, the people only care about themselves and their pocket book. Now that the Lab is gone the work is all back to the ancient way of doing things from 1995. Have fun Amplifail!
