Pros

Only Salary Package is good. Life will be worse here.

Cons

The top management of this company does not have a background in e-commerce and they don't know the basics of it. They only know GMV and will ask you to increase it by 10x without understanding the implications. They are developing a product without knowing the market demand. It seems like everyone in the management is just focused on making money by giving hope to Mr. Gopal Amin (Investor & Founder) and to Brands who are on-boarded. "Selling false hope to Brands"

Pros

There are no pros. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would have given it.

Cons

My experience with Amplicomm Solutions was honestly one of the worst I’ve had. The management offers almost zero support — instead of helping, they’re quick to shift blame onto employees for pretty much everything that goes wrong. The work quality expectations are unclear, yet the criticism is constant. It feels like you're set up to fail. There’s also a noticeable instability in how things are run — decisions feel random, and job security is always questionable. People seem to be let go without much clarity, which creates a very tense environment. The team overall feels quite underexperienced, which makes collaboration harder and adds to the chaos. Instead of building a strong, skilled workforce, it just feels like there’s constant churn. There is no support from the managers only blames. The managers dont know how the process is how the work goes they are extremely depended. If the work is not done or there is a problem the instead of giving support the managers only blame you and ultimately fire you. On top of that, the overall quality of work being delivered doesn’t seem consistent, and it reflects poorly on both employees and the company. The clients are soo unhappy that they leave in only a month. Only empty promises are made to the client but delivery is zero. If any company is thinking of hiring amplicomm as their agency would not recommend at all. Would definitely not recommend if you're looking for a supportive, stable, or growth-oriented workplace.
