Pros
Good work environment and culture. The products worked on are quite interesting, there are multiple company outings to build a strong work culture.
Cons
Abysmal management, all management from top to bottom should be laid off, minus the supervisors. The benefits are very poor, and the pay is low. Everything is talked about, but never put in action, sometimes comical decisions are made in terms of new process and procedures, pay is very poor, you have to threaten to leave to get a raise, especially after proving to be a reliable source to fix the short comings with constant issues and mainly it is poor communication and dealing with an ancient an MRP system. You are asked to take on new tasks all the time, with again nothing in return but to keep being taken advantage of.
