Great place to start a career in media since Ampersand is owned and represents Satellite companies telcos, & digital providers. DC management style is relaxed but fair.
Cons
pay could be a lot better. Even with OT working for a busy desk, pay is barely above 45k which basically pays for rent, groceries and not much else.
