      Pros

      Authentic, Ethical, Fair....growing globally with many opportunities for advancement. Currently looking for good commercial people with knowledge of the plastics industry.

      Cons

      Need to revisit a couple of the old school practices. Nothing major just a few "family" culture items should be revisited.

      Frequent tribal politics, battles & occasional yelling Bully behavior is tolerated for some Longtime employees operate with extreme inflexibility Career growth isn’t discussed
