      Pros

      Great entry level job, learn about multiple software systems, connect and create relationships with clients, freedom to express creative ideas for campaigns with confidence from the team to see the project develop to fruition

      Cons

      Offices felt like cubicles, shared 8x4 ft space with 7 people with no windows, the one time I shared my concerns I was slowly isolated from other members in my department, lots of office gossip, the pay is quite poor

      Pros

      Amore the CEO works directly with everyone. Felt like she was very open to suggestion on how to improve current processes.

      Cons

      My department manager left for a yoga retreat/yoga school and she told me the week that she left. She had access to the internet once a week at best.
