      The company has an interesting solar technology.

      At the time, it was hard to scale the company's product due to market forces of prices of PV dropping so fast as well as size of product.

      Pros

      Start up mentality, Fast paced environment. Tremendous personal, professional and company growth potential. Very talented team in engineering, R&D and manufacturing. Solving unique issues to make solar power practical in large scale.

      Cons

      Business processes are still immature but are starting to be applied in an organized way. As department expand trying to keep the small startup feel.
