Pros
I've worked at Amnet for a number of years. There certainly have been some down times as mentioned in the other reviews. However, most of those were related to the attitudes of the employees more than management. And, like the saying goes, one bad apple can truly spoil the whole bunch. Present day, the team that is on-staff is all tops. The environment is typically relaxed and management is approachable and open to suggestions for improvement. Focus is on delivering the best service we can to our clients and being as responsive as possible. Ownership truly cares about their team and encourages a healthy work/life balance. Employees are encouraged to recognize each other for accomplishments and going above and beyond. Communication within the technical team is regular and consistent. I'd stress that this is a good place to work and you'd be remiss if you chose to not apply to work at Amnet.
Cons
Work can get a bit hectic at times. This is a small business so you are expected to pull your weight and cannot slack. If you're looking for an easy job that doesn't require personal growth, as some previous employees felt, you should probably look elsewhere.
