Pros

This is a great company to learn your self worth. I learned a great deal about myself and what I will tolerate from an employer.

Cons

Lots of travel. Lots of stress dealing with payroll when it comes to getting expenses paid on time. Not a lot of praise comes from the higher level management. Not enough help!!!!! IT persons making clinical decisions..... not good.

Pros

As a contractor who works remotely, there are certain aspects of working for AmkaiSolutions that I cannot speak to. What I can speak to is to the quality of the employees AmkaiSolutions attracts and hires and how the company treats its clients. The AmkaiSolutions team is made up of some of the kindest, friendliest and most passionate people I have had the good fortune of working with. These are qualities that clients I have spoken with echo. The AmkaiSolutions team bends over backwards for their clients. They strive to deliver solutions that exceed needs and expectations, and diligently work to address any questions or concerns. There is an unwavering commitment to customer service.

Cons

None to report. I work with good people on a variety of interesting projects, and am paid on time. As a contractor, there's not much more I could ask for.

Pros

The company offers an extremely robust EMR and management software for ASC's and surgical hospitals. The message from management is to investigate and resolve potential issues quickly & listen to clients for product enhancement opportunities. Most of the development and support staff have tenure in an ASC or surgical hospital space so they are extremely results oriented. The majority of support calls opened are closed on the same day. My work centers around reaching out to potential clients everyday. Previously I faced a lot of rejection, but find working with Amkai, clients want to talk with me and will accept my calls. I'm not saying every call extremely positive, but the organization is recognized as an industry leader with a good reputation so prospects want to hear what we have to offer.

Cons

The CRM could use an update.
