      Good pay, lots of hours if you want them.

      Cons

      Management will be watching you on the cameras like big brother, you don’t get your cash tips at the end of the day (red flag), turnover is very high and staff is not kind. Past managers have been openly sexist to employees.

      Good money. Servers get off around 11 which is nicer than 2 or 3.

      Cons

      Columbia students are not great tippers.
