Really good culture with a team atmosphere. I have been working here for a long time and have really enjoyed my time here. It is a unique business with a lot of potential to get involved in many different areas of the business. Many departments offer a 9/80 schedule so you can have every other Friday off. Also, you are not required to work outside of normal working hours, so you can have nights and weekends to yourself.

Being a smaller company, there is not a lot of room for vertical growth. However, there are many opportunities to grow in other areas and to improve your skills. Pay sometimes can be a little lower than other large companies, but there are also major benefits.

Not a whole lot of pros

Worked there for 9 years and was belittled every week. Asked to go onto other jobs and never was trained. A lot of broken promises and a lot of family promotion. Forced to work overtime even when told we didn't have to. A lot of broken promises with a lot of vibes that you didn't really want to deal with.
