Pros
You will be given a lot of independence to learn & work. Great place to work if you have little or no experience with recruitment. Weekly check-ins and team meetings provide good structure along the way. The Singapore team is very social, so expect lots of games & activities weekly/monthly.
Cons
Nothing major to add here. Maybe in time to come would be good to have health & dental in place across all offices.
