One of the most well-resourced higher education institutions with fantastic and talented students, faculty, and staff. I find great joy and purpose in m work most days.
Cons
Even though leadership claims otherwise, high expectations for staff can lead to overwork and burnout. There is always a new program or initiative being launched that puts demands on the staff.
