Beautiful campus - Director Amgen Employee Review

Work-life balance is very difficult to achieve. They have succession plans, but I never saw someone agreed on as a successor get the job when the incumbent left. Management typically goes outside for senior people rather than develop from within. The company is currently being dismantled. Look for work in other cities that have more options.
