      Pros

      Challenging fast-paced environment which encourages growth and work life balance. Delivers on their promises to their employees and has a generous benefits package. A great place for any budding engineer to solidify their knowledge and try out new tools, technologies and language's. Transparency is also very big here between all members of the business. Upper management makes themselves readily available to communicate any concerns and the CEO is very hands on in all facets of the business.

      Fully remote, so if you’re someone who prefers to work in an office this may not be for you.

      This is the most mission driven and dedicated team I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Honesty, integrity, and a deep desire to use their skills, gifts and talents to do something good in the world underpin every product and marketing decision. I am very proud to be on this team.

      Cons

      The CEO lacks technical knowledge but regularly inserts herself into engineering decisions, overriding people who actually understand the product. She has a high ego, does not take feedback, and surrounds herself with people who won't push back, even when she's clearly wrong. The product is bad and marketed as something it's not. Pay is low for the work expected. The culture is micromanagement dressed up as "high performance." This is a sinking ship, The financials speak for themselves.
