Pros
I picked up skills fast because I had to, not because anyone taught me.
Cons
A lot of my time here felt like playing customer‑service roulette — every day was a new surprise, and not the fun kind. Priorities changed constantly, and half the time I found out about them by accident. Workload spikes came out of nowhere, and leadership tended to focus on patching problems instead of actually fixing them, so it always felt like we were in permanent crisis mode. By the end, I got good at improvising — but mostly because I didn’t have another option.
