      Easy dress code, approachable management, 7am-4pm, decent training, flexible time off

      Cons

      High expectations of talk time, minimal managerial support, poor tech resources and software, high turnover, cutthroat individualistic attitudes. Extremely hard to make commission.

      Pros

      They are good folks. They never mess with you and if you have a problem out on the road they will be more than happy to do whatever they can to help and take care of it. Always a pleasant voice on the other end.

      Cons

      It’s nothing to do with American Transport, the trucking industry as a whole is just awful right now. American is a owner operator company and they don’t make any money until you do.
