Pros
- Good benefits/bonus - Decent salary
Cons
- Long hours are expected. 60 hour weeks are getting more and more common. - The team is severely understaffed. People have many aging tasks that they don't have the time to complete. - Management does not appreciate hard work. If you put in 60 hours in a week but you had 80 hours worth of tasks in your queue, your manager will call you up and yell at you for not working fast enough. - Company is completely siloed and communication between teams is terrible, if it exists at all. - No personal/career development. Management has never expressed any interest in developing or training employees on my team. - People are regularly interrupted and talked over during team meetings. - Remote work will soon be limited to three days per week (corporate policy).
