      I worked with a team of really great people. I loved my managers.

      Cons

      The corporate side of working at ATD is such a mess. It feels like layoffs are coming in constant waves, upper leadership still hasn't found its footing, and employment is not a guarantee.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
