9yThis is such a personal attack, I feel I need to respond, especially coming from someone who has worked for us for a long time. It is very disheartening to me personally, but also probably not a constructive way to help us respond to the specific problems you see. It also tells me that you may not be aware of what is really happening in our company, which I will take as a problem I need to address, too. I would welcome the chance to talk about why I strongly prefer our staff should be with clients instead of sitting in the office, and how our flexible work policy allows you to work from Starbucks if needed in order to get to a client meeting in time or pick up your kid from school in time. You should know our policy is "open door" and I invite you to come and ask me what I'm working on and where the company is going. Seriously, please confront us with your ideas and concerns face to face. Sure we have problems, but we want you to be part of the solution.
