Pros

I like my boss, (Site Supervisor) very accommodating The job is a joke, Super easy. Literally sitting somedays and watching people. Thats it.

Cons

-The pay. I've worked at the same site for 5 years now and have never received a raise. They hire in new people that I train for more $ an hour than me. The 3 area managers have been a joke that have been here since me. I'm not sure what they do? I got a new shirt from one, once. They don't help me on my issues. -Late pay, or not payed 1.5X for holidays, they say its an error. Has happened alot! -I honestly have never seen more turn over than in officers with american security, and thats just my one site I work at. -Lied to about raises and put off -You pay for all your own stuff

Pros

Work hours were stable and full shifts.

Cons

The con is when someone calls in, you’ll likely have to pull a double if no one as able to support.

Pros

I would have had multiple pros until they violated my rights

Cons

Invasion Of Privacy Multiple Violations Sneaky Poor Communication Cover up I am deeply disappointed with my experience at American Security Headquarters (ASI) due to significant privacy violations and mismanagement during my training process. Despite providing medical clearance from my doctor to participate in the Level 2 training, ASI representatives bypassed me and contacted my medical provider without my consent. This was a clear invasion of my privacy and a breach of trust. Furthermore, communication throughout the training process was severely lacking. I was not notified about my enrollment in the second part of the Level 2 class until I reached out myself. My attempts to arrange on-site training and fulfill my Level 1 responsibilities were ignored, despite my proactive efforts to comply with all requirements. The decision to contact my doctor without my knowledge or consent appeared to be an attempt to influence his decision regarding my participation, which I find both inappropriate and unethical. This behavior raises serious concerns about how ASI respects its employees' rights and confidentiality. I have consulted with an attorney and am prepared to escalate this matter to organizations such as the ADA, FMLA, and EEOC. I hope ASI takes these violations seriously and implements changes to ensure no other employee has to endure this kind of treatment. I cannot recommend ASI as an employer based on my experience. If you value privacy, professionalism, and respect in the workplace, I would advise looking elsewhere.
