Pros
Friendly, family work type environment. Management and owners care for employees and their wellbeing. Great pay. Employees care for each other, they are appreciated.
Cons
Being that the company is a federal government contractor work flow can be unpredictable.
Poor management/ manager care only about them selves/ always walking on ice and being watched over shoulders. You don't move up unless your close family or friends to owner. Out burst in yelling by upper level management, don't take in to consideration the hours you've put in and they don't pay you for what your worth. No training programs because they don't want you to move up in the company. Comapnies to small and they pressure you to work overtime more than you can handle especially the new lower paid people.
The IT department is a joke and have no idea what they are doing. They lost a good amount of dedicated hard working employees and will keep on losing good hardworking employees if they keep treating them the way they do.
- Management also harasses employees and causes people to be overly stressed out to a tipping point. Managers need to stop sleeping with employees.
