Pros
Company is stable and hasn't experienced layoffs. Some members of leadership are encouraging and helpful.
Cons
Doesn't listen to what employees want. CEO wants people back in the office, so a quick decision was made to bring people back to the office (even though company surveys showed a strong desire for remote work and flexibility). Company says they want to be flexible on RTO policies, but run badge reports to make sure employees meet their minimum days in the office. Employees are overworked and expected workload cannot be accomplished within the normal workweek. Agents get an annual conference with recognition and awards (including some sizable bonuses). Home office employees get minimal merit increases, no bonuses and no programs for recognition during the year. Salaries are low compared to others in the market.
