I’ve been proud to call American National my professional home since 2016, and my journey here has been nothing short of incredible. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in multiple roles that shaped me into the recruiter I am today. I started as a Senior Administrative Assistant, learning the ins and outs of collaboration and organizational excellence. Later, I joined the Employee Experience team, where I helped launch programs like the American National Volunteer Program and the Congrats recognition initiative, both of which reflect the company’s commitment to community and celebrating success. In 2021, I transitioned into Talent Acquisition, and it’s been an exciting chapter of helping teams grow with the right talent.
