Pros

The ability to work remotely

Cons

This company will sell you a dream, and deliver a nightmare. You will be overworked, underpaid, and undervalued. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Also if they give you a pay increase, it is well beyond your annual review date and never more than 3%. There is no support, when a suggestion is made you are beaten down until they realize it was a good suggestion and then start implementing it. Again undervaluing their employees, who are in the trenches opinions. There is no support, and when you do get it you’re made to feel like a nuisance. This company will make somebody who loves their job, dread going to work every day

Pros

The training is very interesting and intense but Bret the trainer/supervisor is very good at what he does and he is very accessible. It is a call center setting but as Care Counseling Case Manager you are working under the auspices of a big pharma company. This is real cool because it is different from any other Case Management I've ever done. Also know that you have to work every other Saturday no exception! The compensation is pretty average for the industry $15/hr but there is room for growth. I was not there long enough to enjoy said growth personally but I do know that a couple of people that started at the same time have gone on to become managers and supervisors. The business has a few different components. There is the position I have just described above but the nuts and bolts of the company is an answering service for doctor's offices. Additionally, they have the life alert, which is the necklace that senior citizen's wear in case of a fall or other incidents when they live alone and are by themselves. They have fabulous restaurants in the area!!!!

Cons

If I are someone like me and hates the whole clocking in as a means of tracking your attendance then you will really abhor this system. I have to clock in and out including for lunch, and you are given a three yes 3 minute grace period. If you are late more than twice a week you get penalized, and again by late I mean THREE minutes. Your shifts are also assigned to you and though they say that you can request what shift you want, only the veterans,( ie. people who worked at the call center before the Care Counselor position was created } get the shifts they request. They also told you when you could take your lunch break. Another thing one should be aware of is that they say that these people have expressed interest in the drug and literature has been sent out to them, however, a lot of it feels like cold calling well it actually is cold calling and you read from a script which you must read verbatim. All your calls are recorded and there is someone actually assigned to listen to your all calls. You cannot under any circumstance use there phone for personal use. Lastly, travel can be a nightmare because there is always something wrong with the trains going to Qns.
