Pros
Lots of downtime in the evening when things get slow. Very good job for college students that want to be paid while doing homework or people that like to read books and get paid.
Cons
You have to repeat yourself and spoon feed the same callers that call every day. Our drivers late arrivals make us look bad. Policies from supervisors always contridict one another & minor rules are inconsistent. Training with random people is horrible and confuses new people due to peoples different level of knowledge.
