Coworkers are nice and most of them will help each other.
Cons
On the contract, they say that you will forfeit your commissions when you leave and that is understandable, the bad news is that they will delay your commissions for over a month, therefore no matter when you leave, they will steal your previous month commissions.
They make lots of promises that do not keep.
They are warm and charismatic until you are on the floor making calls.
Leads are NOT warm for most carriers, it is call calling. The ones they call warm and out of date.
Tried to contact management several times after I left to work out my earnings and they never had the kindness to even answer my calls.
If you need to need a break, say a restroom break, they will stop the clock therefore you will not be paid those minutes.
The hours you actually work never matches the ones you get paid, they will ALWAYS pay you less than what you work.
By law, employees should get at least a 15-minute paid break within a 4-hour period. They DO NOT pay that break. You can take it, but you do not get paid. For example, in an 8-hour shift, if you take two 15-minute breaks, that's half an hour without pay.
They play with people's needs
Most agents complaint about almost anything. I can tell you that the vast majority does not like working there.
