Pros
The people at the lower and middle levels are fantastic! Some of the best people I have ever had the privilege of working with. But I agree with the earlier posts, the executive team are a bunch of entitled, under educated, juveniles. They are constantly 'experimenting' with people's lives and livelihoods. They hire you for one job but will change it at a moments notice. They expect you to do anything And everything that they demand, as long as you are being paid.
Cons
Horrendously unrealistic expectations. The leadership cannot tell you what they want from you, they can only tell you that you are doing it wrong, that your are insufficient, and that you are unimpressive. Multiple layoffs occur every year. They hire en masse only to have layoffs the following quarter. The senior management is never there and rarely accessible. When the senior leadership is around, they are clueless.
