Some leader invested his career for it and refuses to see its garbage. - Leadership is too concerned with pushing their agenda instead of improving - Low pay for what we do - Business fights over funding so there is absolutely no concept of the "Agile" nature they say they are - If you aren't in with people, you won't get promoted - CEO would rather tweet about social issues than fix his company - CTO has a finance degree and no knowledge about technology. Says fancy things and makes this "cloud transformation" thing sound pretty. He is nothing more than another insurance leader from Homesite. There will be no transformation with him.
