Pros
Good vibe within the company, on the leading edge of technology innovation. The company as a whole has great values and is good to their employees.
Cons
Senior Leadership In technology organization is bloated with good old boys. They play the diversity card and gender equality but reality is, the new CIO doesn't practice what he preaches. The company will continue to lay off good employees due to the senior level bloating. It was a shame that Ed Gilligan pass unexpectedly this year, he was an amazing leader and would have taken Amex into the future. The current leadership cannot get out of the past.
